 TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) Titanium Alloy Rods and Bars  1,Products:  TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) is one of the most widely used high-strength titanium alloys at present.  TC4 titanium alloy combines excellent corrosion resistance, good mechanical strength and low density (about 4.5 kg/dm3).  TC4 titanium alloy is a heat-treatable titanium alloy product that can be processed up to 25mm (solution heat treatment + aging), and the   maximum operating temperature can reach 400°C. This material has good formability and excellent specific strength, so it is widely used in   aerospace and motorsports.
